Stainless steel orifice plate corrugated packing is composed of several parallel and vertically arranged metal corrugated sheets, with small holes (or no holes as needed) on the corrugated sheets. The top angle of the corrugated sheet is about 90 °, and the channel formed by the corrugated sheet is at an angle of 45 ° or 30 ° to the vertical direction. The adjacent two corrugated plate channels form 900, and the upper and lower plates of corrugated packing rotate 900 and are stacked. In a tower with a smaller diameter connected by a flange, the corrugated packing is made into whole discs with a diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the tower. In a tower with a larger diameter, each plate of corrugated packing is divided into several pieces and placed into the tower through a manhole. Complete discs are pulled and assembled inside the tower. The corrugated plates of the upper and lower plates of packing rotate 900 degrees and are installed to fully mix the fluid inside the tower.
