X5CRNI18-10 is a stainless steel model made in Germany. X5CrNi18-10

is a material developed on the basis of 302. Its performance is similar to 302, but its corrosion resistance is better than 302. It has good corrosion resistance and cold processing stamping performance. It has strong corrosion resistance to oxidizing acids. It has a certain corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions and most organic and inorganic acids, good low temperature performance, and good strength, elongation and section shrinkage under -180 degrees. It can be used for welding parts with thin cross-section sizes. It is a stainless steel with a large application volume and a wide range of uses. General oxidation-resistant steel, can withstand repeated heating below 870 degrees.

properties of X5CrNi18-10:

⑴ Delivery status: solid solution treatment for bar cutting, no solid solution treatment for hot pressure processing, solid solution pickling for plate, ⑵ Tensile strength (RM/MPa): 520, ⑶ Elongation strength (Rp0.2/MPa): 205, ⑷ Elongation A/%: 40, ⑸ Section shrinkage (Z/%): 60.

Heat treatment of X5CrNi18-10: ① Hardness HBW≤: solid solution 187, hardness HRB≤: 90, ② Heating temperature: 1010~1150, ③ Heating method: fast cooling.

X5CrNi18-10 application areas: used to manufacture deep-drawn parts and acid pipelines, containers, structural parts, etc., and can also manufacture non-magnetic, low-temperature equipment and parts.

X5CRNI18-10 uses:

1. Chemical, dye, papermaking, oxalic acid, fertilizer and other production equipment;
